TCM enhances its ticketing service with TicketTailor
With our new ticketing service, you can :
- Exchange your tickets online at any time, up to one hour before the show.
- Buy your tickets online directly on our show pages.
- Have your tickets adapted to mobile format with a QR code.
- Make your purchases intuitively, quickly and easily.
What is TicketTailor?
TicketTailor is a B Corporation certified organization with a neutral carbon footprint. For each ticket purchased, TicketTailor deducts a sum to be donated to organizations fighting global warming. So when you buy a ticket with Théâtre Cercle Molière (even at $0), you're helping to combat global warming. To date, the equivalent of over 500,000 Canadian dollars has been raised. Join us in this initiative!
What is B Corporation certification?
B Corporation-certified organizations meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, public transparency and legal accountability.
This assessment must be repeated every three years with the independent B Lab global network, based on the following criteria:
- Employee working conditions.
- The organization's impact on its community (inclusion, economic impact, community involvement, etc.).
- Environmental impact (internal working practices, energy consumption, equipment used, etc.).
- The quality of the products and services offered (ethical marketing, data protection, educational, healthcare and/or art & culture intent).

What is a price range?
Also known as “Pay What You Can”, a sliding scale offers varying prices for a service, product or event. Community members are invited to choose the amount that best reflects their ability to pay.
Our purpose is to increase access to theatre according to each person’s income. Therefore, financial aspects are no longer an obstacle.
Why a price scale?
We believe that access to culture is a universal human right, and that the world of performing arts should be shared with as many people as possible, which is why our team is proud to present this innovative and daring system, which facilitates accessibility and connection between the work and the audience.
How to choose which level to pay?
You'll find the different pricing categories above.
Each ticket type has a description designed to suggest a price to suit your situation. These are for information only, and we do not ask for any proof. We encourage you to choose the fare that suits you best.
TCM box office and boutique policies
Tickets and products in the TCM boutique are non-refundable, but exchangeable.
- Ticket exchanges can be made up to 1 h before a performance via our online ticketing service, up to 24 h before a performance via our reception desk, subject to availability and only during our office hours.
- Tickets can only be exchanged for the same show, and before the performance concerned.
- Tickets cannot be transferred or exchanged for a different coin.
- Memberships are non-refundable.
- TCM boutique products can be exchanged within 15 days.
Prices and discounts
- Prices do not include GST.
- Reservations for all groups must be made in advance with Théâtre Cercle Molière reception.
- Discounts and group pricing do not apply to subscriptions or fundraisers.
